To our loyal customers:
Madison County Bank is delighted to join forces with the client-focused and community-minded team at Community Trust Bank. Both banks share the same basic philosophy and culture - we are focused on building relationships with our customers while providing excellent and personalized customer service. Through the years, both organizations have remained committed to making decisions locally while meeting the needs of our communities and the people who live and work here. That dedication and commitment will continue.
Our name will become Community Trust Bank of Mississippi on January 4, 2010. On this date, you will continue to use all of your existing checks, debit cards and all other services you currently enjoy as a Madison County bank customer. You will continually be updated concerning your accounts and the service conversion at least 30 days prior to the March 2010 conversion date. At that time, your products and services with Madison County Bank will transfer to comparable products and services with Community Trust Bank of Louisiana.
After the conversion, you will have more banking locations to choose from, including offices in Louisiana and Texas. In addition to enjoying multiple ATM locations and greater banking technologies, our goal is to make sure that you continue to receive the same excellent customer service that you have come to expect and appreciate. We believe you will find the Community Trust Bank experience to be exceptional.
If you have any questions, please contact me or a customer service representative at any Madison County Bank location. Your banking relationship is important to us, and we will strive to prove that to you each and every day.
Sincerely,
Henry A. Logue
President, Community Trust Bank of Mississippi
